Section 46:11:07:13 - Minimum education requirements for new employees who will administer medication

Any employee hired by a provider of direct HCB services after February 1, 1996, whose duties include the administration of medications or assistance with self-administration of medications, must be a high school graduate or possess a general equivalency diploma.
