Section 46:11:06:15 - Monitor participant safety

The provider of direct HCB services shall document all incidents, injuries, and medication errors that impact the health, safety, and welfare of each participant. The documentation shall include the location of the incident, injury or medication error, and level of staff and medical personnel involvement. The provider of direct HCB services shall maintain a log of all participant incidents, injuries, and medication errors.

The provider of direct HCB services shall collect, document and submit to the division, at least annually the findings of the data analysis.
