Section 46:11:05:16 - Accessing staff assistance

Each provider must have a policy which specifies how participants can access staff assistance when they are unsupervised. Assessment and training in accessing on-call staff and emergency services must be provided to each participant as indicated by each participant's needs and documented in the ISP.
