Section 46:11:02:12 - Probation

The division may impose probation, not to exceed one year, if the provider fails to demonstrate substantial compliance with the requirements in this article or engages in any action listed in subdivisions 46:11:02:14(1), (2), (3), (4), and (5).

A provider may not accept new participants while on probation, unless approved by the division.
