Section 46:11:02:02 - Certified agencies

The provider requirements in this chapter apply to CSPs and SPs. A CSP or SP providing services under the provisions of this chapter must meet the following criteria:

(1) Be certified as a CSP or SP under the provisions of this chapter;

(2) Have a signed provider agreement with the division;

(3) Have a signed provider agreement with the Department of Social Services; and

(4) Be accredited by a national quality assurance organization, as designated by the Division.
