Section 44:90:02:03 - Practitioner not required to provide certification

Nothing in this chapter requires a practitioner as defined by SDCL 34-20G-1(21) to certify a patient for medical cannabis use if they do not believe there is any therapeutic or palliative benefit to the patient by using medical cannabis.
