Section 44:80:05:01 - Admissions

Each resident admitted to a facility shall be terminally ill and shall be a patient of a Medicare certified hospice agency.

The facility or the Medicare certified hospice agency may not delegate a task when the delegation is prohibited under state law or by the facilitys own policies.
