Section 44:80:04:07 - Admissions of residents

The governing body of the facility shall establish and maintain policies, with written evidence to assure the residents admitted to and retained in the hospice are within the licensure classification of the facility. Only residents that can receive hospice care safely and effectively may reside in the facility.
