A resident shall receive a minimum of three meals a day. Each meal shall include portions from each of the five basic food groups listed in the Myplate, "Dietary Guidelines for Americans," 2010, U.S. Department of Agriculture, or as otherwise prescribed by a physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or qualified dietitian.
