Section 44:75:06:06 - Intermittent nursing care

Unlicensed personnel of a facility may not accept any delegated skilled tasks from any nonemployed, noncontracted skilled nursing and therapy providers pursuant to SDCL chapters 36-9, 36-10, and 36-31.
