Section 44:75:01:03 - Name of facility

Each facility shall designate a pertinent and distinctive name that is used in applying for a license. The facility name may not imply services rendered in excess of the facility's licensure classification. The governing body of the facility or designee must provide prior written notice to the department of any name change for the facility.
