Section 44:70:06:03 - Nutritional adequacy

The dietetic service shall ensure food prepared is nutritionally adequate in accordance with the Recommended Dietary Allowances and is chosen from each of the five basic food groups listed Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2020 2025, United States Department of Agriculture, in accordance with consideration for individual needs and reasonable preferences.
