Section 44:69:08:09 - Heating and cooling

The temperature in any occupied space in the birth center shall be maintained between 68 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit during waking hours and not lower than 64 degrees Fahrenheit during sleeping hours. A client's room may be maintained outside the required range if desired by the client.
