Section 44:68:03:04 - Treatment protocols

Each emergency medical service shall adopt trauma patient treatment protocols that have been reviewed and approved by the service medical director. These protocols shall meet the most recent edition of the South Dakota Department of Health EMS Pre-Hospital Treatment Guidelines, 3rd Edition, 2010.
