Section 44:12:01:33 - Storage of soiled equipment

Upon completion of a tattoo or saline tattoo removal, any reusable needles and tubes used shall be immersed in an effective sanitizing solution, as identified in Appendix A at the end of this article, until they can be cleaned and sterilized.
