Section 44:05:05:21 - Vehicle requirements for ground ambulance component

A ground ambulance component used by an air ambulance service must meet all vehicle requirements in chapter 44:05:04. However, a ground ambulance component of an air ambulance service is not subject to any municipal or ambulance authority licensure requirements.
