Any names, logos, trademarks, or copyrights developed during or pursuant to a concession lease or agreement that in any way associates with, identifies, implicates, or infers an affiliation with the State of South Dakota Division of Parks and Recreation or the state park system, must receive prior approval from the commission and belongs to the state upon creation and continues in the state's exclusive ownership upon termination of the lease or agreement.
