Section 41:09:10:03 - Grounds for refusal to issue fur dealer license

A conviction for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter may be cause for immediate revocation of the fur dealer license and serve as the basis for the department's refusal to issue a license to the fur dealer for the calendar year following the year of conviction.
