Section 41:09:02:03 - Captive waterfowl - Compliance with federal regulations

In addition to the requirements of this chapter, all migratory waterfowl propagated, possessed, sold, or offered for sale under a captive game bird license shall be marked for identification and shipped in accordance with 50 C.F.R. Part 21.
