Section 41:08:02:04 - Exposed bait prohibited

No person may set a trap or snare within 30 feet of any exposed bait visible to airborne raptors. "Exposed bait" means the meat or viscera of an animal, bird, or fish with or without skin, hide, fur, or feathers.
