Section 41:07:10:01 - Season

Turtles, except those identified in §§ 41:10:02:07 and 41:10:02:08, may be taken by lawful anglers year-round by hook and line, minnow seines, gaff hooks, spears, or by special turtle traps as defined in § 41:07:10:03.
