Section 41:07:06:01 - Spearing of rough fish in inland waters and South Dakota-Minnesota boundary waters

Spears, spearguns, crossbows, and bows and arrows may be possessed on, in, or adjacent to any inland waters and South Dakota-Minnesota boundary waters not posted as no-fishing zones and may be used in the taking of rough fish at any time.
