Section 41:07:03:02.01 - South Dakota-Nebraska boundary waters

In the South Dakota-Nebraska boundary waters no person may harvest in one day or have in possession at any time more than the following:

(1) Four walleye of any species combined, possession limit eight, and for the boundary beginning at the state line below Fort Randall Dam downstream to Gavin's Point Dam the minimum length limit for walleye is 15 inches;
(2) Three northern pike, possession limit six;
(3) Five largemouth bass or smallmouth bass, or combination thereof, possession limit ten;
(4) Fifteen white bass, possession limit 30;
(5) Ten channel catfish, possession limit 20;
(6) Five flathead catfish, possession limit ten; provided that no more than one flathead catfish 30 inches in length or longer, may be kept daily;
(7) One blue catfish;
(8) five trout; and
(9) The season for all species of sturgeon is closed.

The daily and possession limits for other species are the same as established for inland waters.
