Section 41:06:17:01 - Snipe hunting season established

The snipe hunting season is open statewide, from sunrise to sunset, each day from September first through October thirty-first.

Combination licenses -- Issuance, SDCL 41-6-10.1. Resident licenses, permits, and stamps for hunting of small game, migratory birds, and migratory waterfowl -- Violation as misdemeanor, SDCL 41-6-16. Nonresident licenses and permits for hunting of small game and migratory birds -- Privileges -- Violation as misdemeanor, SDCL 41-6-17.
