Section 41:06:06:01 - Hunters restricted to designated areas

In any controlled waterfowl hunting area established by the department pursuant to §41-2-22, no person may hunt outside the hunting areas designated by the department. If a shooting blind has been constructed by the department, no person may hunt outside of the blind.
