Section 41:06:02:01 - License forms - Licensee to abide by license conditions

The date of purchase and validation period shall be noted on a one-day fishing license, three-day fishing license, one-day small game license, nonresident small game license, and nonresident waterfowl license.

The migratory bird certification permit shall be issued in the form of a stamp or authorization code. If the permit is issued in the form of a stamp, the licensee shall affix the stamp to the licensee's hunting license and sign the licensee's name in ink across the face of the stamp immediately upon receipt.

A license and tag is valid only for the unit, season, and dates for which the license and tag was issued. No licensee may hunt, possess, or transport any wild animal in violation of the conditions of the issued license and tag.
