Section 41:03:04:03.02 - Camping permit fees - Cabins - Lodges - SuitesFees for the following are:
(1) Camping cabin fee, sixty dollars;(2) Modern cabin and suite fees: (a) Mina Lake Recreation Area cagin, one hundred fifty dollars;(b) Newton Hills State park cabin, one hundred eighty-five dollars;(c) Oahe Downstream Recreation Area cabins A and B, one hundred fifty dollars;(d) Oahe Downstream Recreation Area cabins C and D, one hundred twenty dollars;(e) Pickerel Lake Recreation Area cabin, one hundred fifty dollars;(f) Roy Lake State Park cabins 4, 5, 8, and 9, one hundred fifty dollars;(g) Roy Lake State Park cabins 6 and 7, one hundred twenty dollars;(h) Roy Lake State Park suites 12 through 15, one hundred seventy-five dollars;(i) Roy Lake State Park suites 16 and 17, one hundred twenty dollars;(j) Spring Creek Recreation Area cabins 1 through 10, one hundred fifty dollars;(k) Spring Creek Recreation Area cabins 11 and 12, two hundred five dollars; and(l) Spring Creek Recreation Area suites 13A through 13D, eighty-five dollars. Discounts to increase occupancy during periods of lower demand, may not exceed twenty-five percent of the approved fee;
(3) Group lodging fee: (a) At Lake Thompson State Recreation Area, Palisades State Park, Sheps Canyon State Recreation Area, and Newton Hills State Park, two hundred eighty dollars per night, or(b) Shadehill State Recreation Area, three hundred dollars per night. Occupancy in excess of twelve persons is an additional fee of ten dollars for each excess person with a maximum occupancy of fifteen persons;
(4) Oahe Downstream Group Lodge use fee is:(a) Forty dollars per night for nonprofit youth groups year-round;(b) Forty dollars per night for any nonprofit groups and government agencies from November first through March thirty-first; or(c) One hundred fifty dollars per night in all other circumstances; and(5) Pet accommodation fee for pets kept inside camping cabins, modern cabins, lodges, or suites, as permitted in § 41:03:01:13, ten dollars per reservation period, per facility. For purposes of this chapter, the term "pet" means a domesticated dog or cat.S.D. Admin. R. 41:03:04:03.02
