Section 41:03:01:24 - Glass containers prohibited

A person may not possess glass containers within 200 feet inland and 200 feet outward from the water's edge within an area owned, leased, managed, or controlled by the department and designated as a "public swimming zone" or in an area posted as "no glass containers."
