Section 4:01:08:09 - Withdrawal from exchange

Entering into any negotiation to exchange land does not legally bind either party to proceed with the processing of the land exchange or to consummate a proposed exchange, or to reimburse or pay damages to any party to a proposed land exchange that is not consummated or to anyone doing business with the party.
