Section 4:01:01:04 - Size of lease units

Leases shall be issued primarily to include units of 640 acres, more or less; and shall be issued for a lesser area only in the event that there are no other lands administered by the department contiguous to or cornering said lesser area. Each fractional acre shall be considered to be one acre.
