Section 39:03:01:08 - Notice of revocation of approval

After deciding to revoke approval of a voluntary payroll deduction, the bureau of finance and management shall send immediate notice of the revocation by certified mail to the person responsible for the voluntary payroll deduction and by interoffice or regular mail to all state departments and agencies.
