The South Dakota Board of Technical Education shall distribute the funds identified for each postsecondary technical college in § 24:59:05:04 semi-annually for the year in which the funds were appropriated. The South Dakota Board of Technical Education may adjust payments if reports received pursuant to § 24:59:05:07 indicate funding has been used in a manner that fails to meet the purposes set forth in § 24:59:05:06.
