Section 24:55:04:09 - Failure of targeted support and improvement school to progress

If a Title I targeted support and improvement school designated under subdivision 24:55:03:08(2) does not meet the exit criteria referenced in § 24:55:04:08 after four years, the department shall classify the school as a comprehensive support and improvement school.
