Section 24:52:05:05 - Authorization of free or discounted admissions

The board may authorize free admission days and discount promotion programs for the Cultural Heritage Center Museum. The board shall base its decision on the following:

(1) The promotional value to the museum of a free or reduced admission;

(2) The number of persons affected; and

(3) The cost to the museum.
