Section 24:30:05:08 - Annual reports

A state institution shall complete and submit to the State Library a mid-year and an annual fiscal report and an annual statistical report for the fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30 on forms provided by the State Library. The annual reports shall be submitted no later than August 15.
