Section 24:30:05:03 - Purpose of grant award

Each institution's grant award shall be used for the purpose of providing library materials and services for the residents of the institution. The funds may be used for purchase of print and nonprint materials and for library equipment and furniture. The funds may not be used for salaries, materials for staff, maintenance of equipment, or space allocation.
