Section 24:30:04:12 - Penalties for failure to comply with grant criteria

Failure to comply with the grant criteria shall result in one or more of the following penalties:

(1) Grant recipient agency is ineligible to apply for any grant advertised by the South Dakota State Library for a period of five years; and

(2) Noncompliant agencies may be subject to legal consequences, which may include breach of contract.
