Section 24:28:17:28 - Renewal requirements for a one-year permit

The applicant for a renewed performing artist or one-year career and technical education (CTE) instructor permit shall complete one-half of one education-related credit that consists of any combination of transcripted credits, specialized learning experience hours, or continuing education contact hours.
