Section 24:28:17:19 - Renewal requirements for the alternative preliminary certificate

The alternative preliminary certificate is valid for two years. The applicant for a renewed alternative preliminary certificate shall:

(1) Complete the applicable renewal application form provided by the Department; and

(2) Pay any application fee as provided in chapter 24:28:05.
