Section 24:28:16:12 - Secretary's powers unaffected

Nothing is this chapter limits the Secretary's ability to deny, refuse to renew, suspend, or revoke a certificate for failure to fulfill the requirements of this chapter, SDCL 13-42-7 to 13-42-16, inclusive, or SDCL 13-43-28.1.
