Section 24:28:16:09 - Reciprocity for military personnel or spouse

Military personnel or spouse applying for a reciprocal certificate shall identify their military status on the application. The department may require documentation to verify the military status of the applicant. The application is considered complete when the department has received all required documentation necessary to process the application.
