Section 24:28:09:55 - One-year career and technical education (CTE) instructor educator permit -Limitations of endorsements

An applicant for a one-year CTE instructor educator permit is eligible for only the following CTE endorsements:

(1) Accounting career pathway;

(2) Agribusiness career pathway;

(3) Animal systems career pathway;

(4) Audio-video technology and film career pathway;

(5) Auto body technology career pathway;

(6) Automotive technology career pathway;

(7) Aviation career pathway;

(8) Banking services and business finance career pathway;

(9) Business marketing and management career pathway;

(10) Construction career pathway;

(11) Consumer services career pathway;

(12) Counseling, mental health, and community services career pathway;

(13) Design and pre-construction career pathway;

(14) Diagnostic services career pathway;

(15) Early childhood development career pathway;

(16) Energy career pathway;

(17) Engineering and robotics career pathway;

(18) Food products and processing career pathway;

(19) Insurance, securities, and investments career pathway;

(20) Journalism and broadcasting career pathway;

(21) Natural resources and environmental services career pathway;

(22) Networking systems and information support career pathway;

(23) Plant systems career pathway;

(24) Power structural and technical systems career pathway;

(25) Programming and software development career pathway;

(26) Restaurant and food service management career pathway;

(27) Sales, merchandising, and marketing research support career pathway;

(28) Therapeutic and support services career pathway;

(29) Travel and tourism career pathway;

(30) Visual arts career pathway;

(31) Web and digital communications career pathway; and

(32) Welding and precision machining career pathway.

A CTE career pathway endorsement may only be added to the educator permit if the applicant meets the requirements of § 24:28:09:53 for the endorsement.
