Section 24:28:09:36 - CEO permit eligibility requirements

The CEO permit is issued to an applicant who:

(1) Holds a bachelors degree or higher from a regionally-accredited institution of higher education;

(2) Has a minimum of three years of documented business, management, leadership, or instructional experience; and

(3) Passes the state-designated content test.
