Section 24:28:09:25 - American Sign Language permit eligibility requirements

The American Sign Language permit is issued to an applicant who receives a score of intermediate or Level 3 or higher on the Sign-Language Proficiency Instrument (SLPI), or receives certification from the American Sign-Language Teachers Association (ASLTA).
