Section 24:14:14:16.09 - Decision on sufficiency of complaint

Within five days of receipt of the notification under § 24:14:14:16.08, the hearing officer shall make a determination on the face of the due process complaint of whether the due process complaint meets the requirements of § 24:14:14:16.07 and shall immediately notify the parties in writing of that determination.
