Section 24:14:14:16.03 - Filing a due process complaint

A parent, the department, a contractor, a public agency, or a nonpublic service provider may file a due process complaint on any matter relating to the identification, evaluation, or placement of a child eligible under this article or the provision of early intervention services to the child and his or her family.
