Section 24:14:13:02 - Department's responsibility

The department shall monitor agencies, institutions, and organizations used by the state to carry out this article on the development and implementation of IFSP for eligible children. If there is a dispute between agencies as to who has responsibility for developing or implementing an IFSP, the department shall resolve the dispute.
