Section 24:14:11:02 - Settings for screenings

Screenings may be performed by a variety of qualified personnel in various settings, including:

(1) Child development clinics;

(2) Public health department clinics;

(3) Public school divisions;

(4) Infant programs;

(5) Specialty clinics;

(6) Physicians' clinics;

(7) Other professional agencies; and

(8) Private contracting agencies.
