Section 24:14:04:05 - Identification and coordination of resources

The department is responsible for the identification and coordination of all available resources for early intervention services within the state, including those from federal, state, local, and private sources, and for updating the information on the funding resources to this article if a legislative or policy change is made under any of those funding resources.
