Section 24:14:02:04 - Program supervision

The department is responsible for general supervision of the Part C program. The department shall monitor all programs and activities used by the state to implement the provisions of this article, to ensure statewide compliance, whether or not such programs or activities receive assistance made available under the Part C program.
